Biodiversity- and carbon assessment and -monitoring in South Sumatra, Indonesia (BICAMSu 2015-2016)
The primary goal of the BICAMSu (Biodiversity- and carbon assessment and -monitoring in South Sumatra, Indonesia) project is to design a Biodiversity Information System (BIS) for South Sumatra, Indonesia.
The expected outputs of the project are:
- Compile guidelines for data preprocessing and management;
- Design guidelines to establish a Biodiversity Information System (BIS) for South Sumatra; and
- Conduct a training/workshop about how the BIS can be used to contribute to Indonesian CBD reporting, Aichi Biodiversity Targets, National Biodiversity Targets, and National Clearing-House-Mechanism.
