On October 1st, Ankit Ghosh defended his doctoral thesis on "aMP: Deep learning framework to characterize meiosis progression timeline in tetraploid Arabidopsis thaliana".

As always we first cheered in the botanical garden. Afterwards, he had to prove his knowledge of meiotic stages  in a memory...
