Bachelor's and Master's students have two examination options per semester in which the corresponding module is offered. Students must register themselves for the module final examinations of the compulsory modules in STiNE.
Sickness notifications must be submitted to the Academic Office Biology using the relevant form (PDF) no later than 10 days after illness. If you are "excused" at an examination date (e.g. by a sick leave), this date does not count towards your examination attempts. You do not have to be registered for the first examination date in order to be allowed to participate in the second date.
You have four attempts to pass one examination. We expressly recommend that you take the exams following the respective modules, but there is no legal time limit for the exams.
