Galaxy Server
1 August 2019, by Mathilde Cordellier
The Biology Department has a new server for the analysis of large datasets, such as proteomic data and high throughput sequencing. This server is using Galaxy, a web-based user-friendly interface. After a test phase, it is now available to all scientists of the department!
The platform was used successfully in 2 courses, a Master module and our Summer School “Biological transitions”.
If you are interested in this platform, want to know more, or have data you would like to analyze, please contact either Mathilde Cordellier (link mailto:mathilde.cordellier@uni-hamburg.de) or Andrej Fabrizius (link mailto:andrej.fabrizius@uni-hamburg.de).
