Neurophysiology
Welcome
The Division of Neurophysiology studies the development and function of the central nervous system of mammals. We employ patch-clamp recordings, calcium imaging, confocal microscopy and immunohistologie. Our research is devided into the following topics:
- Functions of glial cells
- Information processing in the olfactory bulb
- Purinergic neuromodulation in multiple sclerosis and experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis
