Congratulations, Dr. Martina Balboni to your PhD thesis "Dissecting the molecular mechanism of chromosome axis remodeling during meiosis in Arabidopsis thaliana and towards live cell imaging of meiosis in Zea mays”!

We were not allowed at the defense, but Loki Schmidt does not mind you being close by. And we have learned to keep our distance even when toasting...
