'Queen of the Zoo' is written on a T-shirt designed for Johanna Biederbick - printed with motifs of zooplankton species from her research, which also adorn her lovingly designed doctoral hat. Her colleagues from the Institute of Marine Ecosystem and Fisheries Sciences (IMF) and the RTG 2530, as well as family members and friends, have come up with many ideas for 25 April 2025 to celebrate the graduate of the RTG 2530 fittingly. That day, she successfully defended her doctoral thesis on ‘Population dynamics and trophic interactions of zooplankton in the Elbe estuary’.
