New Deputy Spokesperson for RTG2530

Junior Professor Dr. Elisa Schaum will be the new Deputy Spokesperson of the Research Training Group 2530, taking over from Prof. Dr. Inga Hense, who has held this role since October 2020.
"On behalf of the entire RTG, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Inga Hense for her work as Deputy Spokesperson and I am glad that we will continue to work closely together in the RTG ," says Prof. Dr. Kai Jensen, Spokesperson of the RTG. "At the same time, we are pleased to have found a suitable replacement in Elisa Schaum, with whom we can continue the RTG's work smoothly."
In the coming months, an important task of the Spokesperson and Deputy Spokesperson for Research Training Group 2530 will be to coordinate the recruitment of the next cohort of Doctoral Researchers and the preparation of the renewal proposal.
The Spokesperson and Deputy Spokesperson of the RTG are responsible for the management and coordination of the entire research project and represent the research project externally. They are supported by the advisory board and the Mercator Fellows as well as the office of the Research Training Group.
