My PhD project explores machine and deep learning algorithms in evolutionary and population genomics to dissect the genetic mechanisms of adaptation in Daphnia populations. This research aims to use novel computational methods, notably Neural Networks, to uncover how genetic diversity enables adaptation in a rapidly changing environment.
