4th International Conference on Surface Metrology

10 – 13 March 2014

The 4th International Conference (ICSM) will be held in Hamburg, the economical and cultural centre of Northern Germany. Hamburg is known as a gateway to the world, connecting people from everywhere, making it a perfect place to hold the ICSM14. As a venue to share ideas, concerns, concepts and techniques among surface metrologists, regardless of their main disciplines, ICSM became an inspiring opportunity during the last four years. The ICSM14 Organizing committee hopes to welcome colleagues from various disciplines, who share an interest in measuring and analyzing surface topographies. The Biocenter Grindel and Zoological Museum at the University of Hamburg is the venue and are pleased to host the 4th International Congress.
The conference will take place between Monday 10th and Thursday 13th March 2014.

We hope to see many of you in Hamburg.

Dr. Ellen Schulz and Prof. Thomas M. Kaiser,
