Strains can be requested for research and education purposes and a handling fee will be charged. The acceptance of a Material Transfer Agreement is necessary before the material can be sent out. Commercial use of algae or their derivatives is strictly excluded without further agreements. In any publication where strains of our culture collection are used, University Hamburg as well as the collection acronym MZCH-SVCK and the strain number(s) should be mentioned.
